Honda Marine Receives Fifth Consecutive NMMA CSI Award

Honda Marine has received the NMMA CSI Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for the 2008 program year. Presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), this marks the fifth consecutive year that Honda Marine has secured the honor. NMMA President Thom Dammrich will also recognize award recipients during a special ceremony at this fall’s International Boat Builder’s Exhibition (IBEX) show in Miami.

The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award recognizes companies that actively measure customer satisfaction to pursue continuous improvement.
